“The heat generated from the insert is good and preforms well consistently. It is the amount of ash escaping when opening the door to add more wood that is concerning. Wish there were information from Regency on this and cleaning the firebox available.”

“Love it! Glad we purchased a quality unit and not a box store unit. Works great and like the ash handling drawer. There is something to be said about a purchase from a dealer and the expertise they offer. Install from dealer was professional and well done. A little expensive but we are happy with the quality and operation so far.”
