Right from the first time we came to enquire about getting shutters fitted the process has been great. The Customer Service was spot on. Martin was very helpful with his knowledge of the products and advice. All Staff we had dealings with were very good.

The whole team was friendly and helpful. Their range of products are extensive and had a lot to offer. They made our purchase with them very simple and easy.

We ordered some curtains from Regency but when they arrived I thought they looked much lighter than the sample. I went back to check the photos I had taken and realised the fabric was back to front. I contacted Regency and it turned out that the fabric was reversible. However at no stage did they tell me this and at no stage did they confirm which side I wanted. While they initially seemed willing to work with me to correct the issue (anyone with a 13 month old keen to be without window coverings in their bedroom for a week?) they then stopped responding. When I followed up a month later they did a complete 180. They claimed that the 'curtains had been made to the specifications' and that if I 'would like it to be the opposite way' they could re make the curtains. At our expense. Completely frustrated and disheartened by the turn around in customer service attitude and the unwillingness to work with me to find a solution. How was I meant to know the fabric was reversible if the 'experts' didn't even know? I don't feel like I deserve to be treated so cruely when it was their error. The curtains themselves are well made but absolutely not what I would have ordered and now I'm stuck with having to accept them or pay for them twice. I wish I had gone with another company. Be very careful with what you order. Now watch as they try to negate my review by discrediting me in their response. If you see a company attacking negative reviews by criticising the dissatisfied customer that should give you a strong indicator of their customer service values.

Very happy with my new curtains. Took a bit longer than expected to be ready but end result is great. Paid for and got great quality, Installers (Les and Craig) were awesome. Very polite, efficient and able to solve minor issues. Thank you

Regency blinds are great. They discussed different options on reaching my goal . I was impressed as they came out on a couple of occasion to do an accurate measure of the windows . The installers were very accommodating and the end result has been trouble free and with great looking window furnishing. Thank you Regency Blinds

I was very impressed with the blinds job that occurred earlier this week. There was extra time taken at the end to show me various details for future care of the blinds, and I appreciated this. My wife enjoys them as much as I do. Finished job looks good, especially the extra attention given to the pleats. Thanks again, Wayne Martin

Our vertical blinds were installed slightly a year ago and the metal chain for one of the blind broke. When I went to the showroom about a week ago and the sales people/consultants could not help or show how I could fix it. Instead I was told that Regency could send one of its installer to fix it and that will cost more than $100. I was not happy at all.
