Item was not installed first booking. Second attempt we had to accept and have installed incorrectly sized curtain as we had no more time to waste and were no longer in the state. Curtain is 20cm too long. $1100 for a custom curtain that took 4 months to install. Very unhappy with service.

Dear Ester Thank you for taking the time to detail your concerns. RE: Curtain was not installed on the first installation The first installation was booked on 10 March 2020. Our installers attended your home as scheduled and found that no one was at home. Because of this, our Showroom team then had to rebook the installation for 23 March 2020, and the installation was completed on that day. Unfortunately, we couldn’t do it any earlier, as our installation team already committed to other clients as scheduled. RE: Curtain is 20cm too long Yes, we accept it was a mistake at our end and we would like to fix it without any cost to you. I understand you were moving interstate, and time constraints prevented us from doing any alterations. The returned installation form has been accepted and signed off by Chelsea, with a note indicating the curtains were too long, and you were happy to correct this yourselves. If this has now changed, we will be happy to make this adjustment for you. I will personally contact you to discuss this option. RE: Curtain took 4 months to install The original order was placed on December 23. We explained at the time that suppliers are closed during the Christmas /New Year period and this means that a usual turnaround time of 6 weeks would be closer to 10 weeks. You were happy to proceed with that. If the first installation had taken place as arranged, the time between ordering and installation would have been 10 weeks, as originally estimated. Regency Knights were wonderful to deal with. I was given great support from the first phone call I made to them right up until my new blinds were installed. I could not be happier with the product and the service was above my expectations. Thank you.

Regency knights offered us a discount by email and in the email said someone would ring to discuss. As we were staying in a hotel while our house was being renovated I didn’t get the email during the offer period. When I returned home and saw the email I rang Martín and asked him for the discount noting that no one had rung me. He said he would investigate, but I never heard back from him, great way to build a business! I would recommend that potential customers look around, they use flimsy curtin rods and are expensive, and with my experience of them, I don’t recommend them at all.

Our records show that it did not meet the terms and conditions of the promotion. This was communicated clearly to you. I paid $6,300 for two bedroom window curtains. I am very unhappy I did not get perfection in my curtains fo the price I paid. The tracks on my curtains are very poor quality, I have to use my hands to pull them along the track instead of the cords pulling them smoothly closedown open. The tracks came out of the ceiling, and were repaired promptly, the problem is they don’t hug the window frame on the right side of the two windows. I am hugely disappointed with the quality of the tracks and the insulation as such. As to the staff and their attention to me, it was superb. Jean Hardy Canberra

Regency Knights provided excellent service at all times which included confirmation phone and email reminders of when the installations were to occur. Installation of the curtains and shutters were of a high standard.

Our entire experience with Regency Knights was excellent. We purchased blinds for the whole house and each phase of the transaction from the initial visit to the showroom through to the installation was friendly and professional. All staff were helpful and knowledgable. Could not have been happier.
