“Great range of fabrics. Beautifully made and expertly installed. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the result. After such a great experience, I am thinking of getting Regency back to install new curtains in the lounge room.”

“Great company to deal with, we went back to the shop numerous times to select the fabrics and colours and all staff were really helpful and patient. Martin spent 3 hours measuring up our house and offered suggestions for our choice of fabrics and colours. We are extremely happy with the end result and would highly recommend them!”

“We ordered plantation shutters for our entire house over a year ago. We accepted the Regency Knight quote (not the cheapest) because of the service they offered but due to incorrect measuring on three separate occasions and delays with product delivery from overseas our installation has still not been completed. We get calls from different staff offering dedicated assistance but then get referred on to someone else and the problems are ongoing. The installation guys are good but I cannot recommend Regency Knights overall because they failed to deliver on their written service promise even though we paid for our order well in advance. Very disappointing.”

“We recently had 13 new blinds installed in our home through Regency and have been absolutely satisfied from start to finish. Friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Quality service, thank you! Highly recommend.”

“We are unhappy both with the finish of the curtains and the advice that we were given when we were ordering the curtains. We understand that the type of pleating that we have does not hang properly using the fitting that you supplied. Had we been advised at the time of the order we could have discussed alternatives but it was not mentioned. We think that the curtains do not look professionally done and are disappointed.”

“We had two very large roman blinds made to cover a large sliding door and window and they turned out beautifully. Excellent workmanship and installed without an issue. The help and information we received in the store prior to ordering was also very attentive.”

“Customer service and sales staff poor. Installation (can’t remember his name, tall, been there for ages) is excellent, don’t rate anybody else. I would not recommend regency knights or use you again.”

“The service received from Regency Knights was exceptional. They aim to please and will do everything in their power to leave the customer 100% satisfied. The staff are polite, efficient and most helpful. Nothing was too much to ask of them. I was also kept informed of progress every step of the way. And, of course, the quality of their work is outstanding. An issue I had with one of the blinds was dealt with most professionally and efficiently with a most satisfactory outcome. Personally, I would highly recommend them.”
