“Communication was confusing at first (partly my fault) but once we got past the 'administrative' business and the technicians got involved, the communications improved. Their efforts in solving my PC performance problems were great. All major issued were resolved and I am a happy camper!!”

“I had a serious problem with my computer when trying to renew my subscription as there were trojans in the system which I could not eliminate. After giving the Reimage tech Albert remote control of my computer and over a period of an hour and half or so he cleaned the disc up sorted out my problem files and restored the computer back to its correct settings. Definitely a five star service John”
