Very good service! Finally someone I felt comfortable dealing with over the phone. My computer was not is horrible condition in fact it was good accordioning to the tech however it was being dragged down and running slow. Well after about 2 hours my computer is running fact and as good as new, Thank you Reimage!!

my laptop crashed while installing a Windows update. a google search led me to ReImage and Maricar B., who was the tech who took several hours to troubleshoot and fix the problem remotely. She certainly knows what she is doing and was great to work with, as is the company.

Getting your computer repaired on line is a scary thing however I have used Reimage before and had good results. I found that actuality calling the and having a tec scanning and finding result while I watch from home was very comforting. I chose to put my trust in Reimage and allow them to perform their services. I have learned that you must allow a bit of time for them to perform and be prepared to spend the time on the phone while they do their thing. I did not have to wait after making the call more than just a minute. I will continue to use their service in the future, by repairing it on line and not taking it in to a "Repair Shop" it has saved me from be without a computer. The repairs were done at home and in just a couple of hours. Thank You Reimage.

For the first time since I've had a computer, an honest person, persons helped me to make my computer function. Your technician was able to eliminate many undesirable items in my computer. I observed my computer to be fast and responded at the slightest moved of any key. Most of all, he eliminated my major problem of typing issues.

My issue is not with the Re-imaging software - which seems fine. Nor is it with the Technical Agent that fixed problems identified by the scan of my laptop. Nor is it with the sales agent that ran the scan - she was just doing her job. My issue is with the company practice of upselling. Yes I had an issue that may have been significant (namely a Trojan) and yes I had multiple other issues that may have been significant. However, I left the phone call and the transaction feeling that I had been duped into buying services without doing what I would normally do - in this case researching whether the Trojan that was present on my laptop was an issue and how significant an issue it was. Call it pressure selling or me being stupid, but there is no place for this type of activity. That said the software and (I guess) the services seem to have improved the performance of my laptop and I also guess that I have peace of mind that the Trojan has gone. I recommend that future potential customers bear in mind that the relatively low price of the software subscription could well turn into a much higher invoice after the upselling activity has been completed (which is what happened to me).
