“Tried the free version, the website switched from English to German! Typed in the temporary licence key provided and when pressing enter, received the message invalid key! "Free" version is non-existant. Will try another approach to solve my problem.”

Upon checking your account, the first license key was indeed already used. We know how frustrating it is having trouble with your computer. As a courtesy, we sent you an email with a new key that should work for a month's trial. Please note that the key is available to one computer only and will not work on any other computer once used. If you wish to use the new key on the same computer you used with the trial. We highly recommend you reinstall the software first.
