“I believe the tech assistance was good, but have yet to actually use my computer since it was optimized. I was only getting annoyed with the whole "sales" end of the process. Time will tell if this was a good investment or not. It certainly was easy for me, the tech expert did all the work on his end!”

“I followed the majority of the time. You seemed to know what you were doing and I see great improvement not only in speed but two or three popups that were quite a nuisance. I need to get rid of some extra google accounts and passwords.”
