It seems to work pretty well but about 3 months before time for subscription to expire-it starts popping up and saying license key is invalid and you can't use it without out staying on the phone for hours while they try to sell you a repair by a "technician". Should give people a full year because it's already paid for!!!! SCAM!!!

Leslie was able to help resolve my "repair" issue. Wasn't loading properly. She was able to help me with some "loading icons" issues as well. Leslie appears to be very competent at her job and quite friendly to chat with.

The service is excellent and convenient in my own home. The price is very reasonable for all you get. I have a 3 year subscription and its well worth it.

Very satisfied. Repaired all items and removed several security issues. The tech took time to explain things and answer all questions. I feel much better about using the computer for home business.
