“The customer service people were very helpful in explaining what work would be done to clean my computer and what it would cost. The work was done promptly by a trained technical person who explained what he would do and what he had done after the work was complete. I was very satisfied with the job.”

(Ticket number: HLS-652-51010) You may also want to consider the below resolutions. Normal Mode 1. Check Internet Connection (if possible, switch to Wired connection) 2. Do a Clean Boot, alternatively: Close all Open programs Disable Firewall and Anti Virus program if possible 3. Delete Temporary Files 4. Run Reimage Program 5.
