I installed an"uninstall" program to help remove all traces of a program. Little did I know an adware security program was also installed at the same time. I did not like the conditions I had to agree with for the uninstall program and deleted it. The adware program was still there. I spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong in trying to do downloads which were failing. Tried to run my Reimage and was shocked that that didn't even work. Did an uninstall on Reimage and tried to Reinstall and that didn't even work. At the end of my rope and totally frustrated I contacted reimage. Leslie I was my savior. This teck , with my permission, took over my system and tediously worked step by step and was able to find the problem, which was quickly resolved. Thankfully. Leslie explained to me in text that the adware application was stopping downloads and had locked Reimage reinstall completely out. I am very greatful to reimage and to Leslie for the support and painstaking effort that was put in to first determine the problem and then correct it. It was great detective work and I never would have been able to solve on my own. The few times I have contacted Reimage for help , they were always there for me. With not only the solution but also to tell me what happened and why. Steve from Connecticut

I couldn't be more happy with Reimage. I was having a frustrating time with my computer, and even though I had to come out of my pocket, the returns were well worth it. These guys are pro's, and really know their stuff. I highly, and I mean HIGHLY recommend Reimage to everyone who needs serious protection, or maintenance on their computer. I also want to give a personal shout out to Maricar B; she did an outstanding job on fixing the errors on my machine, which were causing automatic restarts. She did a remote session, and within a few hours, I was back up, and running. Don't think about it, just get Reimage; I've been with them for almost three years, and I couldn't be happier.

Before I used Reimage my computer crawled at a snail's pace. Just going to the internet was terrible. My initial thought was to look into getting a newer faster computer and using this older slow computer as a boat anchor. Reimage changed all that. My computer is faster, super fast in fact, back to it's own reliable self. Initially I thought the cost was a bit high but let me tell you the price for a faster more reliable computer was well worth the price, sure beats the cost of a new computer! If your computer is slow I highly recommend Reimage to get your computer running like new!

Hated having a slow computer. I was about to use it as a boat anchor but Reimage, (Joseph G., Halston A. and especially Maricar B), really helped to get my computer back to it old reliable self again, it's like having a new computer. Thanks everyone.
