Reimage is an online Windows repair tool that provides a free scan on your PC for issues that need to be fixed and attended to. To be able to fix these issues, a user can have 2 options: 1. Use a free manual license key. This will allow you to fix limited issues found during the scan, and will be repaired one by one manually. 2. Purchase a license key for automated repair. The customer can choose either a 1time or 1year use of license key. We highly appreciate that you have considered to use Reimage to help you repair your PC problems. As a token of appreciation, we are giving you a free license key good for 1time use. This will expire by 04/30/2020 or until used. were very accommodating and answered my questions. I am not the smartest person on a computer, and they were all very patient with me. people I talked to had a hard time understanding them, but they were very kind to explain and talk slower so I could understand. was very afraid of this being a scam, but still hope it is the truth.

Thank you so much for fixing my computer issue! I was a bit hesitant to download your repair program and to then sign up for the repair. When the scan and repair didn't resolve my issue, I notified you guys and was able to go immediately into a chat with a great tech. You went above and beyond to make sure that our issue was resolved. From the first person that I spoke with on the phone, Angel O to Jay V my experience has been an ease. The process was not complicated. The communication was very open and I was able to stay in touch with technician throughout the entire process. I appreciate the service to remove viruses and other problems on my computer as well as speeding my computer up. I recommend Reimage to anyone who is looking for great service and an easy process.
