hello, Im going to be brief, but honest. Not happy, overcharged and staff unwilling to correct, product did not fix, or repair blue screen issue, scans had to be totally false, theres no way I had so many issues wrong with my pc. Sick of constant pop up, and sales ads. Seeking refund

Purchased Reimage to hopefully fix a Windows Update error problem. After purchasing and running, it did not fix the problem. I immediately submitted for a refund. Got an email for Cleverbridge (im guessing their billing company) that stated they don't give refunds and that they only will not renew subscription and they can't refund me for the product I purchased. SCAM all over the place. I then called reimage's "VIP" service line. After explaining my issue and giving her my conact email and number, I said "Ok, thank you. Now just to clarify, this is what happened" and I proceeded to run through the process of what was going to happen on their end. The "customer service representative" then RUDELY disregarded my request for confirmation that I was making the proper steps for the refund and basically HUNG UP ON ME. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Still waiting to hear back from them about my refund.

My laptop has been very slow and frequently presented technical problems. Ruel worked tirelessly on it for hours and kept me informed throughout. He was very polite and understanding. It took me several days and phone calls to different numbers before someone answered, which made me very frustrated. I know COVID 19 has caused staffing problems but a message should have be left on the phone systems so customers didn't have to waste so much time going through many menus and music to be eventually cut off. However I was so impressed with the technical service that I have taken out the 24/7 Platinum plan with double extension for 3 years unlimited repair with Mcafee antivirus and antihacking tool. Hopefully I will be able to enjoy computing again! I would like to question the cost of £420, which seems more expensive than advertised on the internet

The technician was great but getting to him was problematic and the technician phone number I could not get a live person. Can we improve that?

this was the worst customer service I have ever had with reimage I have been a customer since 2015 there has always been license key problems and reimage has always honored the fix by issuing another key this time they did not they took control of my computer went thru my emails an kept telling me to buy another license key when the key that I had already purchased was still good untill 4/6/2020 reimage you have lost a long time customer I will not use your software again and will not recommend you to anyone in fact I will tell people to stay clear of this company they will rip you off dishonest company

I was very pleased with the initial repair process. I had restarted my computer and some how the desktop was changed with a number of icons missing. I quickly got into a chat mode and tech asked to log into my computer and fix it my desktop. I was most pleased how polite, professional and fast the tech was in helping me.

Reimage performs a scan for free, so that the user can know which items need fixing. Reimage does ask for a license key to proceed and fix the issues found. Reimage has different license key packages to choose from depending on the needs of the customer. We also do offer free manual license keys. This can work on the issues with stability and temporary files. Also, this will let you perform the repair one by one on each issue/item found. Though please be reminded that more extensive features are only for the paid license keys.
