“I have very limited computer knowledge and am 87 years old . I was very grateful for the patience afforded to me by your representatives. I have used Reimage Plus regularly and rely on it, and McAfee, to keep my computer healthy. I was disappointed, therefore, to be informed by Reimage Plus that I had a virus. But, for a separate fee, I trust that the problems have now been resolved.”

“Kim B helped me within 30 minutes. I had emailed a few times previously and didn't receive the help I needed. But obviously I had not been sent to the correct support person. The price is very reasonable and going forward I will utilize it more frequently than just when something goes wrong.”
