The service is good. Adrianne was very helpful, I'm an older gentleman and am somewhat technologically challenged, so I'm not the sharpest when it comes to computers.

presuming the fix has been completed, the only issue is the time required i.e., 5 hours plus I was told it would be 2-3!

They can remote into my computer when contacted and resolve Mal-ware issues, driver updates, and windows issue's.

When I was able to complete my computer repair with ReImage, the technician was MOST HELPFUL. Thank you, Tyronne! He was patient, listened to my needs, and was able to clearly inform me of instructions on my end, even when we had a difficult time logging on at first because of the errors on my end. He took over and fixed everything, then asked if there was anything else. Great job! Only minus one star because it took me 3-4 days to get the appt scheduled and I had to contact them, rather than the other way around, even though I was ready several times when they said they'd call. Nevertheless, it's fixed and it was relatively painless. Thanks again.

I was pleased with both team members I spoke to they were polite and knowlegable. I told them what seemed wrong and off they went to work further more they made it easier for me to follow what they were doing and the cost was acceptable to a pensioner on senior pension
