“Be Aware! While it seemed to work OK. Comply with their warning to accept only calls from them. Either they use a refund scam or some scam outfit mimics them. The scam is: they say they cannot now support the program and offer a refund - but only to your On-Line banking account. They offer to deposit the refund (a false over deposit) amount and require you to withdraw the over deposit from your account in CASH. They have the ability to capture your account screen (you can see what looks like your true screen) then they show the deletion of all your account balances as $0 to scare you into complying with their demands. Don't fall for it!!!”
