“Reimage identified software to be a security risk, when it is not. Then uninstalled the product and I had to reinstall the product. Seems the two cannot exist together. The support was very helpful with regards to invalid license keys and it was a good experience. Pitty about software not working as expected.”

“The service was excellent. I have such a little know how of computers. Your personnel were so patient with me. They helped me fix what was wrong. They kept asking if I was aware of different transactions that they had told me about. So happy to have my computer in working order and protected.”

“I was in the process of ordering Reimage on-line and was having problems. I called the number listed on the website and talked to a technician named Jorie. She sent considerable time looking at my computer. Found out I had severe problems that she could not handle. Was turned over to a Systems Engineer who fixed everything wrong. Did take several hours but I will rest easier now.”
