“The best thing that they did for me was to get the computer running right and they then checked other components to make sure it was running correctly. Leo went the extra mile and time to making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I will be using reimage again if need be. Many thanks to Leo and his help.”

“The technician was able to take care of my issues in a relatively short amount of time. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and polite. My big issue with Re-image is that it takes a very long time to get to a technician. This time it took 2 days. After being on hold for long periods of time, I'd get cut off. Then would have to start all over again. This is frustrating and a problem I have had each time I've called. I believe management needs to hire more technicians so their service is delivered in a more reasonable time frame.”
