I was not capable to do things on my computer because it has to many virus and Norton was not capable to eliminate them. Now the computer is clean and Macfee will start with a clean computer ty for the service ty your team had respect and calm and very genius to understand the computer

I found my late wife's laptop in a closet and tried to get it to work. I got it to turn on but little else. So I called Reimage and talked with a very knowledgeable, patient and helpful technician (Dan) who took over the laptop and found numerous problems. With help of another Tech (John), the laptop was cleaned up and it now so far seem to be working well. I'm pleased with the service.
