Exhausted at watching everything going on, on my screen, I think I have been thoroughly cleaned and repaired today and hopefully never have to go through all that again, I have to trust Reimage have done everything necessary as I just use the computer for shopping and family contacts, nothing very special, had no idea there was so much needing repair. Thank you

The group diagnosed the problem with my computer and eradicated a virus. Technicians were very helpful in answering my questions and the price for repair was reasonable

I was in the middle of a session at 5 a.m. and Jherwin lost the connection. He called back but the call did not come through so my computer wasn't fixed and the session abandoned. Today Airha fixed everything to my satisfaction. Had Jherwin just fixed it I would have given 5 stars. So one demerit.

When reset the computer today, Tyrron did it. It went very smoothly. No problem contacting me. When Rowaldo worked on it last night. Lots of problems. He never could contact me on the phone. Every time he called, all I heard was static. Don't know whey my iPhone worked today and not last night. Am very happy with the results today.

I had problems with my computer and rang Reimage. I was advised on how to put a security system on the computer but the first attempt didn't work and after over an hour I rang Reimage and it was Jane who gave me the necessary information to update the system which took only about 15 minutes. It has been fine ever since and I have been given details of how to contact Reimage if I have any more problems. Many thanks

I was for the most part very satisfied with the service today and it seemed everyone was really concerned that I resolved my problems with my computer and protecting my information plus my privacy. I was really skeptical at first but Michael on the made sure I was at ease and tried everyway to get me the best price to fit my budget.

I worked with 2 different technicians. The first one diagnosed the problem and the second one got rid of the viruses. The system appears to be working better now. Both technicians were courteous and seemed to know how to resolve the problem.
