“After Two full days with ReImage I thought all was OK. This AM I tried to bring up my Photos and surprise, no photo file but an image of an empty file , all 14,000 photos missing. With a phone call to ReImage the files were restored, Thank the good Loed. Reinage personel were excellent in helping an 84 year old visually impaired low skilled user. I'm happy !”

“good but pushy ,spoken instructions not clear, better when written. not everyone is computer literate so there is some confusion about what is meant when so action are requested. over all good”
