“The service was impecable but the lack of a sensible telephone connection made life very slow and difficult for me as appart from my very slow broadband connection (512k) I have trouble typing as my fingers do not work as they used to. Jay V was very patient and could not have been more considerate.”

“Reimage located bad files, malware and a trojan and eliminate the problems. Seems successful immediately following their work. The initial contact recommended a systems engineer to handle the more significant problems at a significant cost - beware if you are looking for a cheap fix to your problems, this may not be possible. Contacts were friendly and willing to answer my questions as they proceeded through the process.”

“Well!! my computer hasn't been this fast in a very long while! Mark was very patient with me, he was so efficient it took under an hour and I didn't have to take it in to a store wasting my precious time I sat and watched him work right at home. Almost as expensive as a new tooth,(crown), but I signed up for 3 years to be safe. But great job! So thankyou Mark.”

“The re-Image seemed to take a long time - I estimate it must have taken about 4 hours. But if it works it will have been worth it. I hope that I can now attempt to send those emails which had been diverted into the "Pending files" programme. Thank you for your help.
