Hello, It is an extremely rare occasion that product would cause a machine to crash, if it does we usually owe it to the consistency of the internet connection at the point of repair. “Maverick was very patient and worked with me until we got the program working. I was upset about how long it took me to get to talk to someone that could actually help me. I felt like I was just being transferred from one person to another until I finally was able to talk with Maverick. He did a good job.”
