My problem with Reimage is that it frequently fails due to an unrecognised licence key failure. However the help I get from customer service on these occasions is speedy and efficient and usually gets me back, up and running in very short time. The four stars rating reflects my irritation at the failing programme when I need it and the consequent delay in getting my job done.

they were on it quickly dealt with the issues and will provide backup services monthly...spreading the cost over the long term, it's a fair deal for ongoing protection.

I contacted Reimage to renew my licence and encountered a very helpful lady who described way their system worked. This clearly described the difference between system and third party software and where the dangers of Trojan infections came from. They installed my new version of Reimage and also cleared mu system of Trojans. I'm impressed.

They fied all 4 of my problems. A little hard to understan and had to ask to repeat sometimes, but we got through it..

After several false starts and disconnections, I thank reimage for sticking with me over the long haul, identifying and clearing up several problems, and getting me back to where I can use my computer again.

Computer up and running well. Hopefully this will continue as it is an old computer. Lot of money to lash out in one go but at least got cover for three years
