“I presented Airha with a big challenge this morning - I asked for a major Housekeeping cleanup of BOTH my Desktop and my Laptop. She was most professional, very clear in her explanations of what she needed from me (which wasnt much) and while the task was large, she was up for the job. Both my Desktop and Laptop are running smoothly, more optimised and less junk hanging around to slow things down. I appreciate Airha's ability to work with me both on the phone and via the CHAT session from the website. All issues have been resolved. “I am very happy with the service I received today by both Roman and Arjay. They made it as easy as they could for me to understand what they were doing and why they were doing it. I am not as literate in the IT department as I'd like to be. They were made aware of this, and spoke to me in a "language" I could understand. I pray everything will be work just fine now that my laptop issues have been resolved. Thank you!”
