“There were several layers of issues that had accumulated over a period of time and it took some peeling away of the nuisance issues to get to the core issues. Initially it was estimated that the repair would take 1-2 hours. The first part of the repair was about an hour and I thought it would be smooth sailing...BUT the 2nd part took 7 whole hours. 7 hours!!! But the bright spot is there was just constant work and a total commitment to cleaning up my computer, working through issue by issue and staying with it until it was resolved. Cindy was always professional as well as courteous in each and every encounter. And when I say 7 hours I mean starting just before 6 p.m. and not finishing until after 1:30 a.m. That's a long day for both of us. I think be difficult to outperform her!”

“my computer would do good to start up in5 or 6 minutes and then to open an app took another 2 or 3 minutes and i couldn work on anything it was freezing up and useless before I got reimage, and had them clean it up, and WOW they did a great job, I was ready to throw it away, but now I can actually use it to surf the web, pay bills, and shop online, just in time for Black Friday, I dont have to leave the house. “So glad to have technicians available on site after delays caused by the COVID virus. As always, the Reimage program did a great job of repairing bad or broken items. I used it twice when technicians weren't available. But for fixing settings, the technicians are lifesavers. What I originally considered a costly investment has proved to be both a bargain and a lifesaver.”
