“Pros: Convenience of service -I did not have to take my computer in to a brick and mortar/ computer was fixed remotely. -Computer was fixed within hours versus days. Technicians were patient and professional Cons: I would have preferred a more direct approach when the initial technician realized I would need to spend money to repair my computer. The problem could have been resolved in 20 mins instead of her taking over an hour on the phone explaining why she didnt have the ability to fix the problem herself.”

“Very prompt and helpfull, they took over my computer i was able to go to work while they did there thing and i came home to a working computer. anytime they had questions they called me the do require a substantial amount of money but they do what they say there going to do! im very impressed i will recomend Restoro!”

“Your technicians are great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and patience while working with me. They have fixed my computer every time I was able have one assigned to work with me. The only complaint I have ever had is not answering my call for help or not returning my call. Many times I have called and gave my name and phone number for help and received no response. Once I was told that I would receive a call within an hour. I waited for two days before calling again.”
