ok finally got ahold of a tech they had to revaildate my license. it didn't work since monday finally got an email today Wednesday showing a chat room with a tech finally solved the problem my key code wasn't working and I bought it several times. well i contacted them by email monday got emails today wednesday but talked with a tech in chat and she solved the problem so the below doesn't have days just hours and that's not fair because the chat she fixed it in under 5 minutes by validating my serail numbers again. so 5 stars for her but 3 (and I am being generous) for email 24/7? really? I would put the screenshots i have but they contain my serail codes.

The software works great, catches everything it needs to. Keeps my computer humming at its best. Thier support is better than good but not great. They do seem to work multiple chats going at one time. In the end I was able to get the issue worked out. They did expire my license's a week early.

The Chat team answered my questions effectively but what is confusing is the software activation key is very similar to the sales invoice number. Maybe this can be looked at and future keys being distinctive
