“Other than the fact I was supposed to have been called at 10:30; it was over an hour later. However, the support I received was superb. So happy to have the security of this service. It is comforting knowing I have a back-up to help my illiterate computer knowledge.”

“The process of setting up the account went well until I had to write a review at the end. The process of sending the review went fine until it came time to get a code to send the review. I entered the number received in an email which was not accepted. I did this 12 or 13 times and none were accepted, requiring another code sent to me which I entered and it was not accepted, etc, etc. At that point I called customer support who sent me this email. I am using Firefox and do not have a Google account. I do not know if that was the problem. While I was setting up the account with your customer service, I had no issue with any with the personnel.”

“I was very sceptical about Restoro when contact was first made, but the technicians have resolved the multiple problems they uncovered on my computer and fixed them all. It was a long process which cost nearly as much as my computer is worth, but it was worth it. Very pleased with the outcome.”
