“I used Restoroto to fix some problems with my PC and they were fixed OK but I thought the cost was rather high at nearly $1000. Might have been cheaper to buy a new PC”

“The techs are excellent and I give them 5 stars. The process to talk to someone is extremely frustrating. I have never been able to get someone on the phone. I've left numerous messages and don"t get return calls. The live chat is what worked best and finally resolved my issue at least for the time being. The same issue was resolved last week but only lasted several days. Today I'm told it should be fixed for good. I guess time will tell. I hope it works for the $500 3-year plan I purchased. Again techs were great!”

“Restoro did not work on my very old machine. I don't doubt that the program works for many. Unfortunately, my Windows computer was too old and too far gone to fix. My rating is for the excellent customer service I received from both the people at Restoro and Paddle River. Paddle River is the company that handles Restoro's orders. Once I got in touch with Paddle River, I immediately received credit to PayPal with no questions asked. Unfortunately, I did have a negative experience with a customer service representative at the North America 1-800 number prior to receiving the refund. I recommend contacting Restoro in the UK if you require help with the program. There is something very off about the California, North American operation. They seem more interested in selling a tech package for your computer than assisting with the operation of the program. My rating is more for the wonderful people who design and sell the program.”

“Restoro has clearup some important issues for me. They identified I had a 3rd party issue IP address was exposed had a cyber secirity threat It was vital that was addressed and I have been assured it is fixed also I now have an updated firewall”
