“Very detailed search, review and repair of issues. My initial help request was over file name WUDHOST.EXE that stopped working and computer asked me to repair and restart.”

“My computer is a lot better since your intervention. The only thing not back to normal is the hesitation when I click to change screens or check a notification. Even when I want to turn it off it hesitate. My Live mail is the same,. At least now I can use it thanks to you.”

“Arjay was very patient and helpful, and the main issues I had were resolved. However, I had to call my son and keep him on the phone while I was trying to resolve the printer issue because I didn't know what to do without his help. I thought since your company was controlling my computer, that they would know what to do. I had already tried everything myself that they asked me to do before I called them, so I had to get my son on the phone who knows more about computers than I do to help me understand what they wanted.”

“Seems to have done the repairs I need, but wants to watch me write this review, before they close the connection, this part of it is strange and I'm writing this on a different computer because of the strangeness of that request. I'll have to see if I can come back and amend this review after I've had time to check my computer fully.”

“From what the agent showed my there were a lot of issues with my pc that needed attention. Having previously tried Geek Squad with little resolution I saw a reference to Restoro today while unsuccessfully trying to fix an issue. Thus far it seems that all these issues have been successfully resolved.”
