“I purchased the Restoro subscription a while back when I was having computer issues. I had forgotten all about it, my license key and how to use it until now when I began having some new computer issues. I sent in a support request which was answered promptly by James and Kevin. They told me how to access the application. I executed the application and it seems to have corrected the problems I was having. I rely heavily on my computer everyday. So having the application was very helpful.”

“I have had a nightmare. The took the money. I didn't get a key. The messages they gave me said, contact support. I have been unable to get a response except. "Client not in DB" I assume that means they don't have me in their data base. They still have my money.”

“Technician were helpful and patient. Appear to have resolved all my problems. Fairly pricy but feel I have good level of security and service access. Probably comparable with cost of local servicing and assurance of good level of competence.”
