“This is AWEFUL! What should have taken 30 minutes has turned into more than 3 hours and it is STILL processing at 70%. What a waste of time! These reviews are cooked. Don't buy this product!”

“i GIVE THIS APP A MINUS 1. I PAID GOT THE ACTIVATION KEY. IT SAID I COULD COPY AND PAST. WOULD NOT LET ME DO THAT. AFTER ENTERING THE KEY i WENT TO THE PROGRAM AND IT SENT ME BACK TO PAY AGAIN. TRIED TO USE THE SUPORT LINK AND NOTHING... -1 STAR”

“Agents are very patient... taking their time to insure the customer has complete understanding of whatever tasks are required before proceeding. In my opinion the complete overhaul of my computer was certainly worth the reasonable price. The best thing, I didn't have to leave home. All the computer work was done over the phone.”
