“The problem was fixed in short order. Gerald recommended a total clean up and that went well. I sometimes had trouble understanding him but a repeat was good enouigh.”

“The one-time repair service was very thorough, regarding virus removal and cleaning up of the PC. The windows in-place upgrade( re-install overlay) so far, seems to have worked with all my links, icons files appearing to be as they were. The re-install moved extremely fast on my Alienware PC. The service technician was very clear and helpful keeping the service chat alive through the entire process.”
