“Customer service rep was people friendly and answered all my questions & provided me with choices for 1, 2, 3 year service. I was comfortable letting them check my computer & resolving my issue bc I had no audio. I found out I had a Trojan & too many items to clean up on my laptop. I am glad I used Restoro Techs.”

“The tech support person that assist me was very knowledgeable, patient I like to add I am a real senior that was confused and many questions. Show me exactly what I needed to do. being that I am having my 80th birthday I will ask to give a gold star a special recognition please see that this technician I believe his name is Joel. Please award him because we seniors are not always treated so kindly. Please see get he get some type of an award or promotion.”
