“this does seem good but I am still being asked to join when I already have. This maybe due to the information not reaching where it should go, I only joined yesterday, but it did not finish fixing things when I had to leave.”

“$599,00 seems like a lot of money at first but considering the IT support I will get over the next three years, plus the VPN and a year of MacAfee, it's a pretty good deal. NIce that a tech was able to jump right on my computer and get it cleanup up as soon as I subscribed. Can't comment yet on future customer service, returns or refunds. Hope comments are good, none, and none needed, in that order.”

“In the past, I have paid a fee, but have been unable to speak to anyone direct. I have never understood what I was meant to be doing or what the benefit of paying for a subscription entitled. Today I had a problem with the Windows media player, the computer running slow, and some trojan viruses and a lot of error messages. Unlike others used in the past Restoro had a live person who was in contact with me as they worked through my errors. At the end of the process, which took about an hour, I was asked to check that everything was working. My Windows media player is now burning CDs again for me, computer is a bit quicker, the only thing that bothered me was the cost. They always want payment just at the time when you don't have any in your account, but my computer is now restored, so I suppose it was worth it.”
