“I want to comment on Ederic's technical performance in resolving sev eral outstanding problems. In addition, his performance was a follow-up from another technician and thus required Ederic to resolve the clients concern to provide the laptop to perform access to several serious financial applications. “I was assisted by Allen A at the beginning but then when Maxine A took over, it was a completely different thing. Maxine examined and checked everything on my computer and after he advised me what was wrong, he started to work and didn't stop until he was done. Maxine is a very professional, courteous and very experienced, Technician. Maxine is a great credit to your company. Thank you again Maxine for all you did for me.”

“Thinks were explaned to me and I was shown some of the files that needed remove. From what I've seen so far it work and responses much better than it has for a look time. Again I thank you and I didn't have to take it to a shop. I wear hearing aid and the one I talk to we kind and repeated when I didn't get what they were trying to tell me.”

“Initially I was impressed with the information I received. After a few encounters I received from responses to email. At one point I gave up on Restoro completely. Had I initiated earlier I would have asked for a refund and/or requested stop payment on the fiasco that was to me a train wreck. I was able to contact a local computer repair who had my computer repaired and working as if I had just purchased the computer. A dissatisfied Restoro owner. Mike Quinlivan”

“Contacted them to register their software, persuaded me to go for a cover for 3 years repairs which could be done remotely. I let them control my laptop for a couple of hours and they said the problems were fixed and asked me to confirm, as the fault was intermittent I couldn't actually do that. Anyway 2 days later my machine froze and I couldn't do anything on it. I reported this online and a day later had an email acknowledgement. However that was two weeks ago so I'm now trying to get my money back. Rubbish firm.”
