“I had a soft sell salesman (Lionel) on the phone in seconds. He explained all programs to me after he checked my system. Arjay was very informative. He confirmed that I knew exactly what had been done/explained to me, he then explained what he was going to do to fix my system. Arjay then went about his work and very quickly fixed my system while keeping me informed as to what he was doing inside my computer. All took about an hour or so and my software seems to be back to normal. I am very pleased with the entire process.”
