“The tech was very helpful, she asked the necessary questions o help me and once she was informed of the problem that I was having she immediately went to work to correct it. She also went further and tuned up the computer. she was also very through in explaining was was done and was was found and corrected.”

“I am pleased that this did not take as long as I thought. My sound has been restored and my computer is not as slow. Paulo suggested that I have Cyberghost installed on my computer but I have had other services like this before and have been disatisfied with this. It not only kept my identity safe but kept me from my sites that I visited as well. So that was not what I wanted as I check in with my bank and credit cards to track transactions. If my computer is not recognized I cannot get into my sites to do anything.”

“New customer. Phone answered promptly and I was phoned back by an engineer who performed a manual check of my computer and re-installed the software to solve my problem. Very pleasant person, efficient, polite and very helpful.”

“I had a virus that was destroying my computer and they thoroughly scanned my computer to figure out what was the problem. Soon after, they connected back up, got rid of said problems and installed a security measure to help ensure this doesn't happen again.”

“They were able to repair my computer, it took a little while but they were sucessfull. they it seems did a good job. the response was a little slow on the connects and the opperator was hard to understand but all worked well.”
