“It was difficult to communicate with the person who did the first part of the repair. She was frustrated with the questions I asked. She also wasn't all that good at listening. The Service Engineer did an acceptable job. The computer speed was somewhat faster, but not a lot. That could be because the laptop is 9.5 years old. All in all, I don't know if I will use this company in the future.”

“Effectively solved my problem in a short time. Naturally, the fix cost some money but you get what you pay for and I found all Restoro staff to be polite and efficient. I was left with a working machine which is what I needed ..and a contact number for follow up just in case! Bruce”

“I am very pleased with the speed of the work done by the technician and how easy it was for me. Basically, my job was to get out of the way and let them do their job. The computer is now moving very efficiently. The cost of the product and service is low in comparison to the frustration I was facing prior to this. I would definitely recommend to others who have hit the User-Wall of figuring out your own issues.”
