“I have found the techs to really know what they are doing. My computer is now working as it should. My only problem is that you do not always receive the call back you are supposed to and you have to call them back. I would definitely recommend their services.”

“I am not computer literate so it was difficult plus I could not understand what the technician was aking me to do or what to type (had to spell for me). Once able to chat on line it was much easier.”

“Originally the error I got was the computer said my printer was offline. I Googled what that meant and found Restoro who said they could fix that. I trusted that statement and called them immediately. It actually took two days of working on my computer/printer combination, but after several technicians took turns, I was ready to have a party when it was done. Right away, it was repaired and the printer was printing, but it would not scan. It took another day to get that fixed, but I knew I could depend on the technicians at Restoro to manage that. After a long day, the correct driver that the manufacturer did not install in the printer was finally installed by Restoro and it all works now, thanks to Restoro.”
