“I was having problems backing up my work and Restoro solved that problem. I feel that they were trying to up sell their work for additional payments which made me nervous but they did the work and got me going again which is what I needed. So thank you to Restoro!!!”

“I am satisfied with the resolution of my issue. Ea ch time I have used Restoro my ticket has been handled by multiple technicians, and it is not apparent that the original issue is passed along to subsequent technicians. I have to repeat the issue to make sure it is resolved. I am also never sure if I can leave the PC. I don't have time to spend hours in front of it waiting to respond to online comments. I have given my cell number to tech but I don't get a text or call letting me know they need my input or action. They continue to call my husband's cell. Communication is not the best.”

“They were very efficient and worked in a timely manner. Joel kept making sure that I was understanding what was going on and letting me know when he would be offline and when he was back on. It is amazing how much better my computer works now! I am also glad to get set up for computer repair with this team. Thank you for your service, polite and respectful people to work with.”
