“I went to retoro to have my usual monthly check up on my comp as you cant be to careful and they took care of the problems that were there, they are great workers and fast and they don't care how big or small the problem is they are there 24/7.”

“Jeff was very helpful; set the program to run - estimated it would take 30 minutes to an hour - then we hung up (it was way past my bedtime when it started). Upon checking the computer in the morning, the problem was still there. I was disappointed, of course. The gremlin was messing up part of MS Office Pro. Microsoft was able to fix it. Regrettably, I have chosen to cancel the subscription and request a refund. Now, I am waiting for my refund just requested. Consider this another test of Restoro's service: To disengage without reverting to the issues it was unable to resolve.”
