My PC was working very slow and was hard to use for simple tasks. The team at Restoro got involved and remotely worked for hours fixing my PC. Now I can finally use my PC like it was intended. Thanks Restoro.

I am happy to recommend Restoro services to anyone. The main issue was an horrendous amount of malware which has now been removed. The PC is a happy bunny and so am I. As I've signed up to the three-year plan, I can be reasonably assured that my PC will not let me down as it has done in the past. I know that I could pay less in the shorter term but why do that without some assurance of continuing support?

Rex has been very helpful. Yesterday I lose my ability to print from my PC, he took care of the issue very quickly and was very polite with his work and words. I'm glad he was the tech that did the job.

I had so many things wrong with my computer (thousands of issues) and technician at Restoro fixed them all. It took awhile but a great relief to have my computer clean and to know I can have it checked regularly

I love Restoro! Restoro always answers promptly when I telphone them. The representatives have always been friendly, quick and efficent. and very knowledgable. The issues are always resolved and I am ready to continue using my laptop with efficiency and the knowledge that it has been brought up to date by a technician who took the time to do a thorough, very good job. I do not remember what I paid for this service, but it was well worth it just to have the ease of mind that all I have to do is pick up the phone and call whenever I have issues with my laptop. I highly recommend Restoro!

What a come on. I download the program and then the costs come up. Yes, there "appears" to be a free program, but try to find or use it. Too bad this is what free enterprise has come too. There ought to be consequences for leading folks one. I wish I could tell your mothers, spouses and children how devious you all are.. Congratulations. I am disappointed, but will spread the word.

Hello! We appreciate that you wanted to try Restoro. We truly apologize if you had troubles signing up for the free manual repair. Purchasing the software is optional as there is also an available free manual repair. Simply log on to www.restoro.com/pricing and look for something that says "free manual repair" fill in the details and we'll send you a free key via email. Simply register the email you would like to receive the license key with and you're good to go! If you intend to use the free manual license key, do not click on "Fix All Items". Click on 'Repair' on each issue found. Clicking on "Fix All Items", will ask route you to the pricing page as the automatic repair requires a paid license key. I have needed to use my Restora account several times with various problems to resolve. I have been successful on all occasions. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. In particular, with the entry welcomes: this morning the one who answered the call was Merlon who was polite and helpful. I must mention Aira the last technition to help me. She was particularly, in all respects, met all my expectations. I think this cemented the belief I had been developing. Namely, the culture or ethos that your company has developed needs my recognition and congratulation. Thank you.
