“I am so happy to have my problems resolved, although it took 4 days. Arjay C, Raymond F., and Randy A. were extremely helpful. However, on the 1st day of work to fix my problem, Manuelyn P. ruined my Office, and MS Office disappeared from my pc. I suggest that She get additional training, and review the events of problem-solving my Office problem. Thank you so much, Restoro for eventually repair/restore of my Microsoft Office.”

“I rang with reference to a problem which I was unable to enter the code for the software I had purchased. The operator on the phone was very polite, took al my lack of computer experience and having listened to my problem spent a long time in not only resolving it but also when he had finished. he helped me to have a better computer and suggested how to improve it. Many thanks”

“I had issues with Microsoft outlook for quite a few months. Restoro fix my email and removed viruses that had infected my PC. They are responsive and recommend their service.”

“I rang to activate the program. Customer service on telephone courteous, knowledgeable and able to explain my computer's issues in terms I could easily understand. Asked what the issue was with the machine, offered a further service I was unaware was available, and was able to carry out immediately. Customer service on live chat equally courteous and helpful. Computer now running better :)”

“I am VERY happy with the help I have gotten from the technicians at Restoro! I feel like I have already gotten the value I hoped for when I signed on for the three year, 5 device plan. The techs worked very hard to clean out my old software bloated laptop, got Windows 10 installed (I had tried multiple times and only failed). I had gotten advice from several of the engineers where I worked, both hardware and software, as well as our IT engineers, and they couldn't figure it out! But the Restoro techs got right to it. It was kind of fun watching them zip around in my PC fixing things and cleaning out garbage and making it run smooth. No more blue screens but of death! WooHoo! Now I have more devices for them to help me with. When you call them, listen to all they say. It seems a bit expensive when they give you the quote, but believe me, it is well worth it. Goodbye frustration!”
