“I have rang through on 4 or 5 occasions now since taking out the repair plan in Feb 2021. I have never had to wait more than about a minute to get through and the call handlers are always very helpful and informative. The clean up and repairs are undertaken extensively and efficiently and I cannot fault the service in any way. Thank you for your help and support.”
