“I was getting the 'The procedure entry point av-buffer-create could not be located in the dynamic link library......' for Microsoft Edge. I tried everything I could from searching on the web but nothing worked. I stumbled upon Restoro and decided to give it a try. I balked at the price but there was a guarantee so I paid a one year price and ran the program with fingers crossed. The program found lots of errors and the entire session lasted for about 15 minutes. I rebooted at the prompt (still fingers crossed) and when I clicked on Windows Edge there were no error messages. I still can't believe it!! TBO I don't use Edge but instead use Chrome but Edge is needed for other uses and it was those times that I would constantly get my error message. Recommended.......”

“5 stars. Everyone was very helpful. From the helpline manager that I initially talked to. Eloisa V. was very professional, super nice and got right to the heart of my computer's terrible condition, explaining the problems well. Arianna G. and Airha L. had an awful mess that they cleaned up for me and were also very curteous and professional. I received the call back this morning, as they patiently talked me thru testing my computer for function. I'm very impressed with your staff, their knowledge, professionalisn, and courteousy. “had several issues hardware and software and had all of them resolved. it took a while but the technician worked diligently to resolve them and finally fixed everything...i would recommend restoro if you need help”

“I have conflicting views as unfortunately having bought the basic model of the software and attempted to download it worked its way through the various sections/ stages. When it got to the reboot part at the end my PC froze at that point and I could not do anything with it. I was faced with a blank screen. I tried the usual ctrl+alt +delete etc options but nothing worked. Fortunately I had your Freephone no. which was answered immediately and a very nice gentleman took my details and promised that a techi person would phone me back within half an hour. Much to my surprise a very nice lady did phone me back as promised and proceeded to unblock my pc and get it working again. She did not try and blame me for the problem as often happens in such cases , instead I was advised not to reuse the software again until you checked to see if there was a problem with it. Hope to get my money back if I cannot reuse it successfully. So obviously one star for software that didn't work but five stars for the excellent support service.”

“The program is not good it cannot fix errors in normal mode and always requires safe mode and if I have work on the computer how can I waste my time with four or five times it requires a reboot and also reads the anti-virus program as a malware how is this I am not happy with the performance of this program and now I reinstall the windows to try it does not accept the code to activate it (license invalid ) I really regret buying this program”
