“I was told it could take up to 15 minutes for a key code to be sent. It's now been 65 minutes and nothing. Very frustrating when your trying to get things done. Wrote them 15 minutes ago and was told it could take 15 minutes. We must be using different time clocks.”

“The employees were friendly and helpful. I was experiencing some problems with my laptop that needed to be fixed. They gave me a fairly big discount for I am currently in the US Military but sadly I am still experiencing some of the problems that I had before when I was promised that they be fixed for sure. I wish I could rate higher for the customer service was very nice but as I have stated I’m still experiencing some of the same problems and wasted some money.”
