“Danke für Ihre email vom 19.03.2022. Das Programm Restoro habe ich von Ihrem Server neu heruntergeladen. Bei der Eingabe des Lizenz-Schlüssels wurden die drei Buchstaben "bcv" sogleich in Groß-Buchstaben als "BCV" dargestellt. Eine Aktivierung des Lizenz-Schlüssels war somit nicht möglich. Das ist für mich unannehmbar. Ein weiterer Versuch diese drei Buchstaben als Asci-Code einzugeben brachte das gleiche negative Ergebnis. Ich bitte Sie hiermit um eine baldige für mich brauchbare Lösung.”

“I had a functioning issue with a social media website (GAB) that prevented me from posting to the website. Complaints and inquiry to the website Help Desk was getting me nowhere. I was really happy that RESTORO resolved that issue and the DNS server issue. The customer service was very effective and helpful and the dollar value was exceptional. I'll be sharing this with friends.”

“My monitor wouldn't come on at all and I didn't know what to do. I called Restoro and told him. He told me to plug the blue cord from my monitor into my computer and it came on right away. My monitor cord had been plugged into a box on the floor for years and I didn't even need it so I was so thankful to get that corrected. My computer is faster now too. I told him I was so relieved that he helped me get my computer going again. Bless you.”

“i was happily amazed at how fast the technicians not only came on the phone, but handled all my problems...meaning they found the malware or whatever, isolated and destroyed it. Restored my computor. Cant thank you enough.”

“Your technicians are great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and patience while working with me. They have fixed my computer every time I was able have one assigned to work with me. The only complaint I have ever had is not answering my call for help or not returning my call. Many times I have called and gave my name and phone number for help and received no response. Once I was told that I would receive a call within an hour. I waited for two days before calling again.”
