“The support given by Carla has been just outstanding! She has even identified a bad C Connection that I had on my computer and showed me how to modify the opening of my windows 10 without having to put in the password. These were, on my computer, two difficult issues to resolve. Of course, she also resolved my password key to use the RESOTO. She is polite, very easy to deal with, and very efficient!
